INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA :

  • Premium Basmati rice – 1 Cup
  • Cooking butter – 2 Tbsp
  • Medium cut Chicken Breast – 750 Grams
  • Salt and Grounded Whole Black pepper As per taste
  • Onion diced – 1 No ( Medium )
  • Tomato paste – 2 Tbsp
  • Ginger Grated – 1 Tbsp
  • Minced Garlic Cloves – 3 Nos
  • Garam masala – 2 Tbsp
  • Chili Powder – 2 Tbsp
  • Turmeric – 2 Tbsp
  • Diced tomatoes – 30 Grams
  • Chicken stock – 1 Cup
  • Heavy cream – ½ Cup
  • Fresh lemon juice – 1 ½ Tbsp
  • Fine Chopped fresh Coriander leaves – 1 Tbsp
Chicken Tikka Masala

PREPARATION OF MAKE CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA:

  1. Add 2 cups water in a saucepan, cook 1 cup rice according to package instructions then keep it set aside.
  2. Melt butter on medium heat.
  3. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Add chicken and onion to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 4-5 minutes; set aside.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, ginger, garlic, garam masala, chilli powder and turmeric until well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes and chicken stock. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice and chicken until heated through, about 1 minute.
  7. Place rice and chicken mixture into meal prep containers, garnished with corriander, if desired
